Keep Portland Weird!
Yesterday, on Hawthorne and 43rd, one of my friends said, "Do you hear a bagpipe?"
Sure enough, here came an individual playing a bagpipe, wearing a kilt and a Darth Vader mask while riding a unicycle.
We applauded!
